195/60r15 on a stock 175/65r15?

I've browsed a lot of forums regarding tires and wheels and I learned that not all honda jazz gk around the world have a stock of 175/65r15 or 185/55r16.

That explains the others who are suggesting 195/55r15 over the 195/60r15.

My research tells me that 195/60r15 is the closest to my stock in terms of diameter and the speedo not changing a lot in 15s.

My question is, do honda fits around the world differ that much? And does the 195/60 15x6.5 +40 a good alternative to my stock 175/65r15? Will there be a rubbing?

I'm all stock and will not change my suspension.

Thanks!

If you haven't already, check out https://tiresize.com/ to answer your questions.

Specifically, the "Tire Size Comparison" and "Wheel Offset Calculator" tools.

195/60R15 tires are <1 inch wider than 175/65R15 (<1/2 wider than 185/55R16) and very similar in diameter. I don't know the offset of your stock wheels, or if you're reusing them, but if you're not changing the offset dramatically you will have no issue fitting this tire.

I don't know if 195/55R15 tires are standard for Fits in some locations. Maybe. This tire is a bit over 1/2 inch shorter (smaller diameter) than the stock tire sizes you listed, which will affect your speedometer and reduce ground clearance. Not a lot, but I don't see the point of changing from the stock diameter unless you have a good reason.

I ran 195/60 on the stock 15" wheels for about a year while I saved up for wider wheels. No rubbing, no issues. They felt more stable on the freeway than the stock 175s, but you could feel the extra sidewall flex on the corners. I always ran them at a slightly higher PSI.
