How many different styles of OEM GK5 taillights exist?

After being unimpressed by the appearance of my rear tails (no amber/yellow section) I noticed the JDM OEM's have a yellow rear section that I'm looking for:

Then, while perusing the UK site, I noticed the black triangle section is missing, but still with the yellow area I'd prefer.

At this point, I'm considering ordering a set of used tails from the UK, as it appears that they should fit.
Does anyone know of any other OEM tails that Honda made?

Also, for those who doubt the safety efficacy of amber/yellow vs. red tails, here's some light reading:

I have these on my car. I believe they're JDM RS lights? I'm not sure. I imported them from Japan through amayama. (picture credit @stembridge ) They are not plug n play. Holes will need to be drilled into the tailgate for the upper lights to be wired. The harness plugs for the turn signal and reverse are not the same as USDM tail lights however the brake/tail light is the same plug.

Every country or market has different light styles based on their countries automotive laws.

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to check amayama out, can't say I've heard anything about them before.
As for the taillights, I was once interested in the upper portions illuminating, but I'm not that concerned anymore. Seems to be more for aesthetics than anything.
I'm just more interested in the lower section having the yellow/amber section. I'm fine with some wiring work.

I concur.
But it doesn't mean that the amber/yellow section is against N American laws.

I also hate the tail lights and decided to get rear pillar led lights from ijdmtoy!

I just wired them up tonight. They're dual function. They turn on with my daytime running lights and they go bright when I brake.
