GK Recall on BU Camera for Key Ignition VEhicles
It's a simple software update on Sport trim levels.
Basically if there is a scenario were there is 9 volts or less while cranking the car, the audio unit desyncs and in some situations goes blank. In some cases, the rear view camera will not display when shifting to reverse.

My 2015 EX does this occasionally, actually rarely, maybe a couple dozen times in 8 years. Either the screen is black, or Lane Watch shows the backup camera. Since a restart fixes it, I don't pay it much mind.
