Pulled down my transmission for an oil seal leak while we were at it also changed clutch lining and clutch cover. After that we started the engine everything was normal went into all gears then suddenly we heard a crunching sound turns out my speed sensor broke off (part number 28810 rpc-003)

Pulled down tranny again to remove all the sensor chunks off. Also cleaned the gears and everything. Got new part today then again everything was normal then suddenly broke it off again. (The new one i mean) what could be causing this problem? Please help. Honda 2016 Jazz/Fit GK 5 speed manual tranny. (Asia variant)

 

You broke off the same part twice.
