I'm in the process of buying a 1.3L, 2018, Honda Fit. The car was imported from Japan, and the dashboard and radio language is in Japanese. Is there a way to change it to English?

I'm already get used to hieroglyphs on mine. if necessary, I use the phone's Google translator for menu settings. Car radio Gathers has English language setting but when the radio is just turned on, a warning message appears and reading must be confirmed , so I use Japanese on the radio also. I own a Honda Fit 2019, 1.3, 4WD, also imported from Japan and refitted up to left hand drive. Great car.
