Is car considered level on 4 jack stands - Transmission fluid check

Is the car considered level if its up on the pinch welds with 4 jacks on a level surface? Trying to make sure that the car is level when checking the transmission fluid.

That's pretty much the definition of level. Note how many times "level" appears or is implied in your description of the car.

Level floor + (presumably) level jack(stands?) + equivalent (i.e., level) position on the car = level.

I'm not sure how you can do it any better.

I remember I used a laser level w/ self leveling against the side/bottom of the Fit with 4 jack stands to check for level to do the transmission fluid drain/fill.

Sometimes good enough is good enough. You're not trying to land a payload on Mars, you're trying to get a car roughly level. If it looks level to your eyes, it's fine. If you drain 2% more or 2% less of the old fluid than if the car was perfectly level, you're still fine. The important part is doing the fluid change somewhere near the recommended time/mileage.

If you reach the point in life where you're using a laser level on your car, you're probably better off taking it to a dealership and paying for them to do your maintenance. On their lift, which I'm certain is Honda-certified as perfectly level...
