"Brake!
"Brake!
I know two people who have 2020 Fits - EX. Occasionally, they get a lit-up warning, "BRAKE," along with an aural warning. What's going on? They can't see any reason for that to happen.
One possibility: If the brake pads are a bit worn that can draw fluid from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinders. That will leave the master cylinder a bit low on fluid which can trigger the brake light. Initially this is usually more noticeable when taking corners which will cause slightly low brake fluid to slosh around a bit and trigger a warning light. The solution is to top up the master cylinder a little bit.
