Honda Fit Hybrid 2016 Not starting.

Honda Fit Hybrid 2016 Not starting.
On my Honda fit Hybrid 2016 (Japan import) , while using the Honda air compressor to inflate a wheel, the 12V dashboard socket went dead and so did my car radio.
The 12V socket fuse is still good. After this incident the car is not starting anymore. It is giving me the key entry symbol error and rest of instrumentation goes off. The instrumentation does have power as on entering the car I get the Honda animated logo.
Car is not even trying to start. I also tried jumper leads to another battery but same results.
Could it be that there is some other higher level fuse that is common to Keyless Access System ,12V socket and car radio?
Any suggestions.
