inner fender liner & washer fluid reservoir

For a 2019 Honda Fit Sport: Came back from vacation and no water squirting out when wind shield wipers are on. Some basic trouble shooting points (washer motor still runs) to a leak in or around the washer fluid reservoir. how to get access to it to inspect?

Any video or instructions how to remove the passenger inner fender liner?

Fender liners are pretty universally held in by plastic pop-fasteners, sometimes screws. Remove the fasteners, the fender liner will pretty much fall out. The wheel will be in the way. You might be able to work around it, but jacking up (and supporting) the car and removing that wheel will probably be less frustrating.

As for the root problem, I'll take an educated guess that an animal chewed through the hose somewhere.
