On my '15 with the dreaded push button start system, the aforementioned light takes 13 seconds to show (the entire blue circular screen), but the radio comes on quickly, as expected. It was always slow, but this is another level. For context, I spend my lunch hour in the car listening to the radio, so the equivalent to ACC mode.

The push button had been replaced a while back, so likely not that as a problem.

I'm thinking the cluster which is known to fail is failing. I was hoping it was the cold but it's not.
Has anyone else experienced this, especially those of you with the failed section of the cluster? Thanks.

Yeah, maybe but that troublesome part of the cluster comes on instantly when I start the car normally and there isn't any flickering of the display.
