I'm inside my new-to-me 2017 Honda FIT EX's front right fender liner at the back of the wheel well checking/back chasing the lower end of the sunroof drain and I see this piece loose flopping around. On parts diagrams it is called Partition - Honda (74280T5RA00ZK) but I can't tell from those documents where it might belong?

First post here - Thanks for any help!

I've never disassembled my Fit to that point, but it appears to both hold something/fill a void and act as a soundproof barrier.
