But you can barely "FIT" anything inside of it.

The bigger dilemma for me is that for 2.5 grand more you can get the focus st. And for 4 more grand than that you can get the WRX.

The WRX, don't forget the mpg is even worse with awd (vs Focus ST).

I heard that for some reason, the reliability on the SI is much worse than the rest of the Fit range.

Tsundere? Whats that?

I rather like the look of Fiesta ST and the yellow is very nice unlike the mystic pipi yellow pearl or whatever Honda gave us. It's a deep orangy kinda yellow (like the yellow GD, mascot of fitfreak!). I also like the Aston Martin like front grille even if it's a bit over the top. Too bad there's so little trunk space. However, the color matched interior is very nice. You can get recaros too but I think that option is like 1.5 k more. I was building a Fiesta ST just for fun on fords website.

I've heard the Fiesta has a much better power to weight ratio than the focus. Don't even like the look of the focus and I prefer the subcompacts, myself.

There are also much nicer mags available for the ST than those pictured. On Ford's website, it says that if you purchase the ST you get a free driving course on a closed track. Kinda neat. Still dunno if I could ever buy a Ford.

Drove an ST last year and it just simply sucks. It has literally no steering feel at all, and torque steer that will try to kill you. I'd rather buy an FRS for the money.

I agree that the Focus ST does not have steering feel at the level of Honda Fit or my Z4. It is the weak spot of the Focus imho. Also has a larger turning radius. The torque steer -- what was the tire psi, and were you just smashing the pedal to the floor inducing wheel spin in 1st and 2nd? As long as I'm not spinning tires, it's fine. I would trade it for a turbo Fit in a heartbeat though (with a proper 6th gear), even if it did lose some power and gadgets.

Not sure on the PSI, but it would show its torque steer issues upon rolling out of a cover while heavy on the throttle. It was a test drive at a dealership when I was shopping for a new car (that I never pulled the trigger on). I test drove it an FRS and the just decided to pay off my Fit and start saving for a house instead.

I didn't mean to offend anyone by saying that it sucks. It was just a bit too unrefined and brash for my driving style.
