Rear turn indicator lights
Rear turn indicator lights
Was watching a video of '15 Fit. Noticed that the rear turn indicator lights are red, not amber. I've always thought amber is easier to see and is even a safety factor. (It's that way on my 13 Fit). Also thought that when a car has all red tail lights, it's saving the mfgr $....
Does this make any difference to FF's who are considering a new Fit? Just curious.

Really? Well that pisses me off. Turn signals should be amber and are amber all over the world except here. Flashing amber turn signals are much more distinctive. Honda did that with the first year of the Odyssey and then switched to amber.
I'm not gonna stop me from buying it if I decide to buy it, but it's definitely an x in the Cons column.

I'm also a bit disappointed. Amber is easier to distinguish than red.
Anyway, looks like the Japanese version does have an amber turn signal where the backup light is in the US version.

I also noticed that there is a small difference between that taillamp and the one found on the RS:

Perhaps the european version of the Fit will have a rear fog lamp where the turn signal in the US is located.
