I also measured the windshield side to side 40" at top and 48" at dash level. I will let you know how this turns out.

Autogeek just sent me a UPS return label. They said they would contact manufacturer (Eclipse?) about shade for a 2015 FIT, since it is not on their application chart. I did not see it on chart, so I just typed in Honda, FIT 2015 when I ordered it and they sent me the too small one. Will post when I learn more. Bill

Installing Wrong Way makes for Perfect Fit!

I just bought a pair of "Auto Expressions Magic Shade Super Jumbo Window Shades from Wal-Mart for $10.36. Each one is 38-1/2" x 31-1/2"

If you install them with the 38-1/2" dimension running from roof to dash... they make for a PERFECT fit! In other words, install them the "wrong" way----tall side up and down! The visors hold everything in place just fine. Since we hardly ever use the back seat for anything, I plan on just stashing them back there without doing the folding thing.

According to the company website, they make the Super Jumbo size in a better quality ("Select") grade---which I will be looking for. You can count on WalMart to carry the lowest possible grade of any type of merchandise. But these are perfectly serviceable and I expect they will last several seasons.

Got mine for the LX at CariD.com. Reflective aluminum, lightweight, folding, and fits the complete width of the glass. $60. Been using it fine starting this week. Bought this one because I prefer folding to rolling. Not that I stay up nights thinking about which one is best. Anyway...

Amazon has the Heatshield custom-fit shades for ~$40, Prime-eligible.

It fits great - it can stay in place even without folding the visors back. But it's huge, and takes a bit of practice to roll up quickly. It's tough to get it rolled up tightly while sitting in the car, I usually take it outside, roll it up, and stash in the hatch.

WeatherTech also sells custom fitted shades for the 2015 Fit.

I've used their Floor Liners in a lot of my vehicles and they're an extremely precise fit.
