Henry Ford lives?

Henry Ford lives - @ Honda?
I just checked the inventory for '15 Fits at our local dealer, they have: black, black, black, black, black and grey.

Guess your okay if you like black, but you gotta arm wrestle for the grey!

lol xxryu139x, and, hey I do like black but I'm just sayin what gives? I'm not even in the market for one, but how about a little variety. I would like to see some of the new colors.

The only two 2015 Fits I've seen on the road so far were black.

I've not seen any 2015 fits on the road. Only mine, and mine is gray.

Honda's color production doesn't seem to match buyer preference. The poll on this forum says blue and white are the most desired colors but Honda seems to want to make mostly gray Fits for some reason.

When I bought (first few days availability), I checked the local inventories online and only a few dealerships showed any in stock. Only one was as nearby as I wanted to drive, showing three in stock.

All 3 were identical black EX models with the same bunch of deal add-on crap (all of which I refused, almost all of which was removed). The EX happened to be what I preferred, so that worked in my favor (would have sucked if I wanted an LX or EX-L) but there are reasons I tend not to really prefer a black car -- mostly, how it highlights every little bit of dirt that ends up on it within 5 minutes of washing it, and how obvious scratches are.

Because my otherwise pristine well maintained Hyundai Sonata was absolutely NEEDING tires, I was pretty eager to go ahead and make a purchase before I had to deal with the tires. I was also getting up in miles to where I could still get a decent trade value but much more driving was going to start dropping that value pretty quickly. So now I have a black EX...

I I could have driven over to another dealership much further away, but I went the easy route.

I don't blame you one bit, some times you have to choose from what is available. When I got by '13, only white was available.

I am seeing on other posts in this forum that some FFs are getting other colors, but I'm not seeing them yet...

Thanks DP! Those are the stock steel wheels with plastic hub-caps. Am looking into new wheels.

I also have not seen any other new FITs on the road other than mine. The dealer had two BLACK and two BLUE all EX-L one with NAV. Mine was the only LX manual
