Looks like you just gotta order the Japanese parts and its an easy switch (2 bolts and 1 clip). But it also looks like no one has tried it yet.

These tail lights are much sexier then the other ones I am seeing on the forum. The one with all the horizontal lines going up and down it.

 

What are those bottom lights on the front?

 

I wonder if they had to make any mods to fit those 18 x 7's.

I will take a night pic of my tail lights as they have the less and tubes that run all the way up so it may be easier for you to order them in english from Australia.

The OP's video is from M'z SPEED which is a Japanese outfit. I'm in email contact with them via a Japanese export company. Near as I can tell so far in our conversation, the car in the video is a JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) GP5 Hybrid. See these pics to see the differences in tail lights:
