Having issues syncing via Bluetooth

hey guys,

I have a T-Mobile Moto X, I can connect it via bluetooth and fully paired.

but the below "PHONE IS CONNECTED" is always flashing.

also if a phone is connected, the signal bar and battery status should show as well on the top, but it flashed in and out.

but strangely enough, when its connected, I can run google music and pandora from my phone without an issues.

anyone have any idea? or the same issues as me?

Unpair and re-pair the phone.
1. go to settings
2. go to bluetooth
3. ensure bluetooth is on
4. touch the settings button next to your car name
5. touch unpair
6. turn bluetooth off
7. turn bluetooth on
8. repair the device
9. There should be multiple prompts on the phone to allow communication/sharing for different things, answer yes to all of them

If the issue still persists you may need to factory reset the phone. You could also check for any apps that can manage bluetooth that might be interfering.
