It Fits!

I had to buy a 1" X 4" X 10' board today, and I assumed that I would be driving home with part of it stuck out the window. Not so. I cut about 4 1/2" off the end, and it fit diagonally inside the car. Amazing!

It wouldn't make much of a picture, just a piece of wood in the car. It's been trimmed to size and painted by now. It reached from left rear to the right front, right up to the windshield.

So it didn't fit. If you needed a 10' piece you would have put it out the window and poked the guy beside you in the eye.

I bought a 60" LED tv the other day and it fit in the carats well with the back seats down. While laying flat I barely fit in the front seat. But as I lifted the end closest towards me as to have the the box at my headrest it fit perfectly fine and I was able to move my seat back and drive comfortably home. I am 6'2 270lbs and was able to fit in my FIT with my new 60" LED tv in the box. I love this car

Please remove the paint, put the wood BACK in the car, and take a picture!

My Fit carries almost as much as the wife's CR-V. $5k less and nearly twice the mpg.
