2015 trailer hitch
I dug pretty hard on Amazon and couldn't beat the direction that both BIllBOGEY and I took. At my door for $115 and BILLBOGEY got them to $110 by being a repeat customer. Might be good to share a link though if you found one better on Amazon. I'm a PRIME member so I do like Amazon

I measured 8 1/2 inches with the Curt hitch Bill
Just thought I'd add my experience here.
I bought a Curt 11406 over Amazon, about $108.
At first I thought I'd need to take it to a shop to install it because the two rubber muffler hangers seemed tight, and I didn't have the special tool or any other decent tools to remove them. Also I wasn't sure if I would need to put it on a lift. Well, if you really soak the rubber hangers with silicone spray, they get very loose, almost easy, to remove (and you don't have to entirely remove them, just the ends attached to the muffler). And there was plenty of room to work, once the muffler was lowered, so no lift was necessary. I would strongly suggest you have a helper, though, since it is a royal PITA to do it yourself (like I did). I saved $50-$120 labor by doing it myself. Just follow the instructions. No drilling at all. Once I figured out the rubber pieces, it took about an hour to do the install. It would have been much quicker with a helper. Also, my torque wrench was too big to be useful in the limited confines under the car, so I estimated the ft-lbs using, uh, my unquestionable judgement.

Another consideration is if you live in a high-theft area. Check to see how you can lock a bike to the rack. The Yakima offers an optional lock, but it gets lousy reviews. (I think it's included on premium models.)
