One thing I dislike, minor, but bugs me

The black rubber molding around the doors have transferred to my pants left side after a couple of days getting in or out of the car, and have to be cleaned with a little bleach. Never happened on my other Fit nor other cars. Anyone notice this? I have to be extra careful getting out and not contact the molding. My seats are all the way back for my stature

What part is coming into contact with the moulding? The only part where I touch the moulding is my shoe. Is your seat in the very back position?

SR45, wear shorts? ;-)

I haven't had this issue either, but, in fact, have not had long pants on in the car since I bought it.

I don't think this is a minor complaint, it's a pretty big issues depending on the marks that are being left behind. you can get in/out of your car multiple times a day, and now that you have to watch how you do it will be annoying. I have not noticed anything, although my seat is not all the way back. I will have to go check my work khakis now.

Shorts or long pants (White or Lite colored). My seat is all the way back and its tilted back a bit as well, and the top of the rounded molding comes in contact with my clothing all the time. If I had my seat (Not do-able for my 6' 3" height) I could possibly avoid touching the black molding. Thing is, I had a 2011 Fit, 2013 Civic, not to mention an Accord/Insight/CR-V years ago without this issue. I do remember, however, my 2011 Fit having transferred black marks on my Right White Tennis shoes coming from the right side of the gas pedal. Interesting. Maybe cheap material or just bad luck. Either way, its just a irritating bug for me. Just had to vent this a bit...

I've not noticed any issues with this, either. I'm 6-4 and have always worn long pants in my Fit so far.

Moved seat up a tad, and also tilted seat up a tad as well. Issue gone now, but I'm more comfortable with seat tilted backwards more. Oh well

Interesting, now I'm going to have to look at my Fit.

There definitely is a lot of "stuff" in the cabin. I dropped my credit card between the console and my seat and still haven't recovered it. I attempted it twice and both times got a lot of grease on me.... and I have gotten some weird greenish goo on me from trying to adjust the passenger seat.. think it was a lubricant to assist in seat sliding fwd/rear? Haven't had an issue with the black rubber molding but I will check it out. Thanks for the head's up!
