I know there should be a thread somewhere but can anyone point me in the direction on how to do the rear wiper mod!?!?!?
Pretty much the same process for our GK5's. On mine, the teardrop-shaped metal piece with two holes was oriented differently but the process is still the same. |
Gauge swirl marks
i could be mistaken is it possible someone talked about a product to treat the swirl marks on the clear plastic of the speedo and other gushes? |

Don't know if it applies..... but i did this to my fit...
I got her a big sister...... just acquired a 2003 EX Honda PILOT, im the 3rd owner... got it for a more than reasonable price with around 110,130 miles..... has some tune up work to do but it is an overall 88% to 93%..... 😬😬😬 https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fit...cc632e55de.jpg |
Bought gas for it, and, more importantly, checked out a slight light rear end "clunk" I hear occasionally exiting a driveway or someplace with a "lip" that ya drive off of to a level road …..checked the Progress bar, tight as a drum....turns out it seems it's one of the ends of my jumper cables wrapped around the spare tire bumping the spare tire well (I typically have a sock or glove or something on all 4 clamps, but one came off....am good to go....easy fix … yeah man)

Coilovers
Hi all A lot of guys are really into the Progress sway bar (I’ll get one eventually) All in I’m looking at close to $600 installed My buddy who’s way more of a car guy than me said installing COILOVERS BEFORE SWAY BAR is also an option cheaper too My goal is to work up in price with upgrades cheapest to more expensive Anyone gone this route?? |
Progress RSB is less than $200. Even a cheap set of coilovers is going to be closer to $500.

2Rismo2

Nice pic Evil
That’s 19 millimeter sway bar? oh anyone have tricks of the trade to get out scuff marks on the interior plastic panels? Looks like the previous owner moved white dinning chairs or something so there’s some scrapes etc Products? |
Ordered these bad boys
https://www.carid.com/powerstop/trac...-tdsk7032.html and these fellas https://www.redline360.com/goodridge...onda-fit-20114 Gonna get some Motul RBF 660 brake fluid and be ready for the track... I called Coleman and asked them if they already had made a lightweight 2-piece rotor for the fit. they said they don't keep that info and to send in all the specs (I've seen the order page). They said I could send in a sample and that would be best. So, after pulling my old ones, I guess I'll send in a stocker and then see if they can build a 2-pc lightweight set for November HPDE... Gonna put on the mud flaps tonight and see if the Konigs fit without the second camber bolt, or rolling the fenders. I'll take some pics... |

Any rotor and pad that will fit 92-00 civic with 10.3" 4x100 front brakes will work, same with 94-01 integra, and gd/ge fits i believe. Its all the same, same hub diameter and everything. |

The sway bar is $200 and about an hour or less to install. Maybe $300 total based on $100 per hour service charge at a local mechanic shop or dealer. Coil over are $500 for crap and $2K for decent and up depending on budget plus installation. Unless you misunderstood what your car guy buddy was trying to convey, but if he actually said coil over are cheaper , and easier to install I'd find a new car guy buddy that knows what he's talking about. |
