Nonuniform hood alignment with fenders

We got EX CVT few days back. Our hood is not aligned properly with fenders. Honda left more gap between hood and left fender (driver side) than hood and right fender (passenger side). I will post pictures later. Are there going to be any issues with water going through these gaps into engine bay. Anyone noticed similar issue.

Thanks

Bring it back to the selling dealership, show them the gap and under warranty, they should easily re-align the hood to have "even" gaps on both sides.
Show us the before and after pics.

Looks like I have more gap between hood and fenders. It is more towards driver side fender.

Thanks

Mine is exactly the same thing. It's an easy fix but didn't want to mess with it right now.

All I have to do is loosen the top bolts that connects to the frame and push the fender in and then tighten the bolts up. Done.

Only thing I have to be careful about when loosening up the bolts would be the paint area. I do have touch up paint for it. Hopefully the bolts aren't stuck to the paint.

Wet the hood and fenders down well with a garden hose. Open the hood and check for water under it. If there isn't any, I wouldn't worry about it.

Checked with Honda body shop and other fits on the lot. Most of them, have some kind of gap. There are little differences between them. One or two have snug fit between hood and one of fender. Honda body shop guy told me, there are within tolerance. Honda designed outlets for water. It is not going to be a problem.
