Scratch on glove box cover

I hauled a 12 foot roll of carpet the other day in my Fit and had the front seat down and the roll all the way up to the window. The cover of the glove box got a minor scratch on it. I think it's plastic leather. What can I use to get the scratch out?

Yeah, that backing on carpets is like a high-grit sandpaper, you don't want that to come in contact with anything its not supposed to. There are several products available for vinyl/leather or plastic/pleather repair. I know 3M makes one. You could check online or contact an auto, hardware or furniture store to see what they recommend.
