ever seen one in the wild?
I've seen fewer than a dozen since I bought mine in September, 2014. Noticed a new Black Fit last week in the parking lot for one of our facilities near where I work (we have ~5,000 employees in this particular location).

I've been doing inventory checks at a lot of suburban dealers here and I've seen the passion berry a lot, so I'm thinking you won't have any trouble when it comes time to pull the trigger. I myself am Mr. Indecision -- can't decide on the CVT vs. 6MT or the gray, white or silver -- but I am in no hurry. In the end, it will probably turn out to be all about the benjamins.
Haha, well speak of the devil. As I was leaving to work yesterday I go outside and there's a red Fit parked outside. It was an LX or DX, and it was red as well!
Saw my second one tonight, WOP EX waiting on the street in front of some store. Went over and chatted with the driver for a few seconds. Asked him what he liked best and he said the mileage, averaging 34 mpg in mixed driving. He said the only beef was the limited range, only gets 270 miles or so between fill-ups.
saw a silver one this evening on the highway. Silver with WI plates looked to get on 94N from Lake Cook Rd. If you are on here you have a brand new car with bluetooth, why the hell did you have your iPhone glued to your head all while plugged in to the dash? Get with the program already man.. LOL
I've seen quite a few in the San Francisco and regularly see a red one that someone near my workplace owns and parks in the street. I've seen several in the dark gray and few blue, red and even a yellow which surprised me. The yellow looked pretty darn cool.
The other evening I saw a woman unloading some things from the back of her metallic silver Fit and I almost went over to see what the rear storage behind the seats looks like compared to my 2012 Fit but I didn't have the nerve to bother her.

OK, finally reporting.
I first saw a "captive" 2015 Fit (black EX L) in a dealer in El Cajon last September (2014). Test drove it. Considered waiting for delivery of a white LX, but held off. I had tried a white 2013 the year before from the same dealer.
The first 2015 I saw in the wild was about last October in the Ikea/Lowe's parking lot in Mission Valley here in San Diego. It was a white one owned by a young Euro woman who adored it. She was loading a tall plant in the "Magic Seat" area.
I didn't pay a serious amount of attention for a while, but in the past two months or so (since seriously seeking one for me), I have noticed about 10. Until Sunday, all were silver, dark gray, or white. I saw my first yellow one yesterday (March 29) in Mission Valley again (this time driven by a young Euro man). Today, I saw my first red one (an EX driven by a young Euro man) and in the next 30 minutes, a black one driven by a middle-aged Asian woman, one block from the red one.
They're a little tricky to distinguish from Nissan Versa Notes, Prius Cs, and a Hyundai (Accent?) from the rear. A little hard to pick out from a late-model Civic from the front.

In LA they are everywhere. During the commute of 30 minutes and 16 miles, I will see 5-6 of them. They are become ubiquitous like a ford focus. The new fits are usually driven by obese or old females around here.
