Happy with my new Fit

Hi everybody, I bought my Fit a couple days ago and am already loving life with it. The sunroof is nice and I am so much happier with it then my last car. Been following this forum for a while but now I am happy to be part of the Fit community!

Glad you're enjoying your new Fit. I've had mine for a week now and just love it. Welcome to the Fit forum.

In my case, my last car was also a Fit, but I think this new one is even nicer than that one.

Welcome, and i love mine too. A major upgrade from my 2001 GTI. Cameras are very helpful, it looks great, and i love averaging 35+ mpg.

Yep, welcome! This car is truly awesome. Especially the fact that the fuel efficiency is twice as good as my prior vehicle.

I wish I could say that my fuel economy was "twice as good as my last vehicle", but then, my last vehicle was a Fit, so.....

That Fit is going to be a fun car to drive in that Minnesota springtime. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, if MN is anything like WI, spring lasts for exactly one week.............doh.

I'm very pleased with my 2015 LX CVT.
Picked it up late November of last year, now four months and almost 5000 miles later, nothing to complain about.
Getting high 30's low 40's mileage wise in a mix of stop and go and highway on my 34 mile commute to and from work.
Have had it on a few 100 mile plus trips so far, running at a steady 80 on cruise I get about 37 mpg. At 60/65 it gets about 42 mpg on cruise.

Nine months today and it has been completely faithful and a real blast.

As a potential buyer, it's nice to read some positive reviews! Some of the production problems, odd flaws, body parts not aligning right, etc. can be disturbing.

You have to remember that more people are willing to complain about something. Most of the time if people are happy they don't say anything so take that in consideration when listening to the negatives in anything in life!

I concur with negative comments being generally louder than positive ones.
I've had a few cosmetic trim/fitting issues with my Fit and that has been a bit disappointing. However, I'm still quite satisfied with the purchase given its price, and the fact that the warranty should take care of some of my issues (even if I have to be a bit persistent with the dealership).
Also, from my point of view at least, the 2015 seems to blow all the other subcompacts in the same price range out of the water. I just hope that as the years and miles accumulate the legendary Honda reliability will continue.

That's why it's so nice to read a good one once in a while 😉

Me too! I love everything about it. Bought my Grey one back in December and no real complaints, only joy when driving it (the only things I could do w/o are the scuff marks on the drivers footwell and the rattle of the windows when in the down position). Sometimes I do wish we had gotten the Red but only a tiny bit.

I've had some minor issues with mine but I kind of expected that. I lurked this forum for a while before even buying mine and I didn't let the negative reviews or issues deter me. I still got it and I still love it!
