Purchased a '15 Fit to replace my '14 Fiesta, disappointing build quality...
I am pretty happy with mine too, but wish Honda paid more attention to engineering and testing like they used to do.
I though it was my dad when he park the car that made the front bumper sag but I guess is everyone problem here. It has almost 1 cm in mine(half inch) So I said my dad toput the care with more care becuase the front bumper was sagging so I thouth he was rear ending his truck.
So I guess we have to call it a recall? At least in the USA they make recalls. In mexico they do not. NOt even the front bumper because they said mexican laws is not mandatory so they leave it that way, as well as defective air bags (takata)they never place them, not even once.
So honda donest not love mexico or at least not mexican consumers.

That's not a fair comment. If the Mexican government doesn't care enough about it's citizens to make car safety a mandatory requirement and the people of Mexico choose elect such officials then that's on the Mexican electorate for not caring about their own safety.
All car makers build to the requirement in each country. If you don't require safety then you won't get it. Selling cars is a very competitive business. You don't design features in which will raise your costs if your competitors don't, and don't have to, which gives them a price advantage. They will sell cars and you won't.

Honda won't recall the US Fits over the bumper sag issue unless it becomes a safety concern, and either the government forces them to, or they're afraid they'll be sued. If Honda deems it to be a cosmetic defect, it will never be fixed.
The best we can hope for is that Honda MAY (and that's a big "may") issue a technical service bulletin advising a "fix" at some point down the road. Then, if I complain loudly enough, and they decide the sag isn't caused by some other issue (parking damage, hitting a cat, etc.), Honda might fix it.
I'm not holding my breath.

Regarding sag... May be cheaper for honda to issue a DIY consumer fix:
Lots of colors available, I'm sure there is a match in there for everyone.
Seriously though, I would like to see a better connection fastener for this and the under body shield as well. However, this may be a long wait.

I have no idea why my replies are not showing up in my own thread...
The only problems I had with my Fiesta was that the A/C had a leak at about 50,000km and the silver plastic around the cupholders peeled off. Ford replaced and fixed these problems hassle free. The 'fit and finish' on the Fiesta held up over the two years I had it, but I don't miss the jerking/shaking feeling the car had when accelerating from a stop. It wasn't a Fiesta specific problem either, as my buddys '14 Focus had the exact same problem. Dealer just said it's because of our tires haha.... The Ford Mytouch was the worst POS I had ever had to deal with, I regret having it in the car. The car did feel a lot more cramped than the Fit, though I do really miss the Green Envy paint from the car. It almost matched my '15 Kawi ER6N!
If Honda Canada fixes my bumper/sagging rear tire liners/Dashboard alignment I'll be happy. The paint job is bad and scratches easily, but with some Scratch X 2.0 and Turtle Wax Black Spray detailer on it I don't even notice.
Edit:
Well, took the GK into the dealership this evening and they replaced the piece on the dashboard. It doesn't look 100%, but I think it looks a lot better and probably as good as it will ever get. I asked them about the liner and bumper and they said if they get any worse they'll fix or replace the parts.

I took a look at the '16 Fits they had on the lot and both the MIM and MIJ Fits all had the same defects. They had 6 on the lot and only 1 white Fit was pretty close to perfect with the exception of the dashboard defect, which still looked really bad (worse than mine, actually). The bumper on the white one looked perfect and the rear wheel liner was also good (not perfect). I believe that one was MIJ, but I'm not completely sure.
So bad news for you guys that were waiting for the 2016 Fits in hopes that they improved the quality of the 'fit and finish'. Might as well forget about the 3rd gen Fits if you're as critical of these things like I am. I am just going to keep an eye on the line/bumper and try not to worry so much about it. The car is still a blast to drive and $100/month less than my '14 Fiesta...
Thanks for the comparison Moto. I seriously considered the Fiesta when I bought the Fit, and really, really, really, really wanted to like that car. I've been pretty loyal to Ford and have had good luck with their cars and experienced pleasant customer service from them, so it was natural to consider the Fiesta. I had test driven a few of them, and rented a couple as well to get more of a long term feel.
I loved the handling capabilities of it, the quiet cabin that kept noise to a minimum (even at 90mph at one stage), the solid feel, the perfect ride combo of not being harsh and not floaty, the smooth shifting manual, the fuel economy, the rebates Ford was offering, the ambient interior lighting, and in the green envy color (which yours probably was), the car was gorgeous.
But........I couldn't get over the limited space. For a car that's the same size footprint as a Fit, how did Ford engineers manage to get such little room. Not only does the Fiesta have 1/2 the cargo space of a Fit, but the back seat is a joke. The driver seat is equally tight; there was always a claustrophobic feel inside. My right knee was always against the console that was a few inches too wide, my left ankle would rub against the cupholder protruding from the drivers door (whoever designed this was a twisted human being), and the door armrest refused to acknowledge that I had elbows and didn't go back as far as it should've.
No matter how many times I drove one, I couldn't get comfortable. I'd rent one and feel cramped, enjoy the driving experience, return it at the end of the rental term, and think back several days later that "maybe it was all in my head that it was cramped". Do the same cycle all over. A five hour drive in a rental Fiesta just felt miserable, and my 6'4'' husband swore that he wanted me to get anything but a Fiesta due to the tight passenger seat.
Too bad, I loved everything else about the car. I always say that if the Fiesta had anything close to the space of a Fit, or a Sonic, that it would've been an easy choice.
So it's interesting seeing what you experienced. Consumer Reports ranks the Fiesta near the bottom for reliability of all cars, but it's mainly due to the dual-clutch automatic (I would've bought the manual, so no problem there) and electronics (just avoid the Ford MyTouch). As far as quality and workmanship, the Fiesta does feel like a better product having much time in them. The Fit's workmanship is pretty sloppy and cost cutting is obvious.
I haven't had the sagging bumper yet, but the trim on the dash is badly misaligned. I don't regret not buying the Fiesta, because it just wasn't pleasant to sit in, but I do wish my vote of confidence in Honda turned out a little better
