I have so far resisted the onslaught of Honda's telephone and email invitations for feedback. My salesman said I would get a customer satisfaction telephone call asking specifically about how he treated us. The salesman gave us a lot of coaching on how to answer the survey. He said our answers greatly affected his job rating and a 4 out of 5 would really ding him. Since I had mixed feeling about our salesman I let the ten calls go to voicemail. They never left a message, but I did confirm it was Honda calling by googling the phone number.
