Disable DRL

I would like to try to disable the Daylight Running Lights.
Every reference I've found so far (forums, YouTube, etc.) says pull the fuse.
They all show the fuse box in the cabin.
My 2015 FIT lx has the fuse box under the hood.
The position labeled "DRL" is empty and has no fuse.
Any ideas on how to do this?
Thanks

Why would you want to disable them? They actually do help safety, and don't cost anything.

The fuse you need to pull is on the driver's side, under the steering wheel. You do not need to touch the one under the hood.

Thanks JHN,
I found it.
It's tough to get to, though.
Thanks again.
