I got my new Fit and something is happening which I cant figure out. The brakes like catch and give a loud squeaking sound or creak, and its not just intermittently, its happening every time. Also I am getting a stumble and lurch when I drive, my wife says it doesn't happen to her, but I think as I have a heavier foot it doesn't show as much when she drives. Has anyone had these issues, what other issues on the 2015 Fits should I look out for?

 

Bumper beam gets replaced on some. A pillar cover on some, oh shit handle on some, door handle plates, coil overs, valves out of adjustment. Very un-Honda like car.

Also water leak in the doors, door handle rust, coil packs not working, bumper sagging, cvt recall(not mayor just software recalibration).

Why the question?

 

No issues whatsoever.

 

 

Maybe a little more road and wind noise than I was expecting, don't know if it's because I need hearing aids (due to arrive later this month).

 

None for me.

 

I bought the '15 Fit based on my outstanding experience with my '09 Fit.

The issues I've had with the car have been documented in other threads, and don't bear repeating here.


Suffice to say I haven't experienced the OPs issues.
