2016 or 2017 Fit Special Financing?

Im at 31k, and I'll be needing tires soon. While I love my 2015, I am always chasing the lower APR. My dealer has bought back my previous two Fits and gotten me into a lower APR and no money down for the newer model. Basically I sell it back to them for a profit so I can pay off the old loan and don't roll it into the new loan.

Right now there are now special offers or financing through Honda on the Fit. Sometimes they have a quick promotion for 0.9% financing on the previous year models.

Anyone have a working crystal ball where they see Honda offering the 0.9% financing on the EX 6 MT, say a 2016 or 2017 in the coming months, say around end of the year?

I bought my 2015 Fit at the end of Oct back in 2014 with 0.9% financing, so I guess they might have 0.9% financing this Oct also? Don't take my words on it though, do look up Oct 2015 to see if there is also 0.9% financing?

So its plausible that this October they will be running a special financing program on the 2016 or 2017 Fit by then? If its true I can work with that!

Sixth_Vang, Where are you located? How did you get that finance deal when there are no current offers on the FIT?

I'm in ATL. Dealership was Gwinnett Honda. The finance guy had a chart for financing rates based on credit score and term. Going to 72 jumped up to 3.54%.

Check this site and enter your zipcode, and see what they are offering:

Yup I checked that site. Nothing for 0.9% on the EX 6MT Fits. I'll keep checking for the time being but hopefully around October there will be such an offer. Fingers crossed!

If you're a member of a credit union, or are able to become a member, check out their rates. When I bought last year, I was able to get 1.49% @ 60 months. .9% would have been better but at .5% difference it was a matter of just a few dollars per month. I'll be paying it off this year so no big deal in the grand scheme of things.

At the time the dealership offered me 2% and wouldn't match my credit union. The payment would have only been a few dollars difference, but it was the principal of it all and I went with my credit union for the lower rate. I gave Honda the opportunity to match it and they wouldn't budge. Their loss...

Update: So my dealership called me late last night before 8PM and said there is now special financing on the Fit. Didn't give me much details and he left for the night before I could call back. I'll follow up Friday. Oddly enough the offer isn't showing up based on my zipcode, but other zipcodes I see the 0.9% available. Odd.

I see the .9%, but it's for 24-36 months in my zip code. 1.9% for 37-60 months.
