That's terrible. I really regret going there. I only went for convenience since i live in Union. Next time i'll go back to where i bought the car at Paul Miller.

Also an update, Honda's Twitter account responded and said they've filed this thread as a former complaint against the dealership and are now investigating. Didn't offer me anything to rectify the situation, unfortunately. They suggested i follow up with the manager of the dealership to take further action. I don't want them touching my car ever again.
