I bought a used Fit that did not have an owners manual. Where is the cheapest place to get one?

If you register on owners.honda.com, you'll have access to the digital copy.

 

You might just swing by your local friendly Honda Dealership.

But be careful, there is an owners "guide" which is just an abridged overview of most of the major stuff....
and there is an owners manual, that Honda does not automatically give you a hard copy of when you purchase a new Honda.

I got a downloadable CD of the owners manual. Which is OK.
Just thinking "maybe" a Honda Dealership might have a few extra copies laying around and just be able to give you one.
You could call around first.

If not you'll have to do the above.

I was put off a bit that Honda didn't just include a hard copy. But I suppose we live in a digital age.
At least I don't need to try to figure out where to store it.

 

Amazing by typing a few key words in the URL window Google can locate your question so quickly. They even have Siri, Alexa, Cortana, virtual assistants to help you. You can request and hard copy from Honda, free. See the link. I did, 2017 Fit, and got one in the mail. The reason Honda, and probably other mfgs as well, software don't include a hard copy because no one reads it anyway.

You don't have to register to download the owner's manual. Honda dealers don't stock them, and the free ones you can get Honda to send you are for new cars only. They probably don't have 2015 manuals. They print as few manuals as they can get away with.

 

Back in '15, I got a print manual when I bought my car. Honda was still giving them out with new cars in '15.

 

I asked for a printed manual from my dealer. Got it pretty quickly.

 

i keep a small wifi tablet in my garage where i use it for manuals, service manuals, DIY vids, internet radio, etc. handy to have.

 

I have a PDF copy of the manual on my iPhone.
