hello all I wanted to see if anyone else is having this same problem. I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda Fit in January of 2017 and recently the slfash lard display that is an lcd screen showing the gas gauge along with mph and gas gauge has started to act funny. It’ll freeze and stop updating and it’ll display gibberish and just stop displaying information.

My my question is has this happened to anyone else? Also the car has 8,000 miles do you think this falls under the Honda warranty?

I haven't had this issue, but at 8000 miles and under 3 years it ought to be a warranty fix.

 

Pretty much anything under 3yrs/36k is a warranty issue. I would definitely take this in, preferably as it's happening otherwise they will try to say "can't replicate issue".

 

having same problem. How did it get resolved? Expensive?
