i am running into a problem with the front upper mount. All is tightened up and everything is in place correctly. When I jack up from the bottom the top mount should not move but what it does is it pushes up also.

The rubber mount should stay but it goes through all the way down like it needs a washer to hold it up there.

I found them off of Facebook. The diagrams appear to have a JHPUSA watermark.

I checked their website, but I couldn't find anything there.
