What Grease To Use

I was wondering what grease to use for the hinges and latches on my 2015 Honda Fit EXL. Should I lube the tracks for the sun roof too?
Thanks

For the hinges and latches I like a dry film grease. CRC makes a dry grpahite lube that would be a good choice.

For the sunroof track and any rubber seals the S2000 guys swear by Honda's shin etsu grease. I think it's even used by many outside the Honda world.

As far as I know, and feel free to correct me if I missed it, but my 2016 Honda Fit EX owners manual surprisingly to me, has NO recommendations or advice about moonroof maintenance. You are kind of left making up a protocol on your own.
So my only actions thus far is to keep the glass itself as clean as possible. To avoid tracking dirt, etc into itself when using it.
But I would of liked it, if Honda provided a set of recommendations, and maybe even a diagram or two of what areas to check. Total moonroof instructions are limited in my owners manual to 1 page.

I suppose I could call around to aftermarket installers and get some recommendations. But I was surprised more wasn't provided by Honda.

Tough for me to actually get to it...but I'm assuming there is a track...and drainage holes?

I'm hesitant to use any grease on seals because grease can attract dirt. Which I kind of feel I want to keep away from the moonroof as much as possible.
