2015 EX start failure

Hello,
I'm having issues figuring out why I can't start my car. Originally thought it was the battery, replaced it. Confirmed battery charged and lights/dash icons receive power but engine still fails to turnover, whether jumping or after fully-charging. Removed the ignition switch and cleaned contacts and replaced key fob battery. Replaced the starter after confirming it was bad. Checked all fuses and relays that I can think of and confirmed the starter relays click. I can't imagine the new starter was bad after it was tested good prior to putting it on the car.
What else should I look at?

There is an extended warranty for EX fits out:
I started getting the smart key warning light and occasionally had failures starting up too on my 2016 Honda Fit EX.
I just took my car to the dealer and they required me to sign for a possible $100-$150 inspection fee if the start/stop button was not the issue.
However, they also reassured me they have not had a single Fit with these symptoms that was not a faulty start/stop button.
They found the problem to be a faulty start/stop button.
My Fit will be ready tomorrow for pick-up and they loaned me a LX fit.

The LX fit has smoother nicer cloth seats, has more headroom without the sunroof, and...

OH HOW I HAVE MISSED YOU VOLUME KNOB!!!

I ended up taking it to the dealer because I couldn't figure it out. They identified a missing fuse, not sure which one, and said the car started up without any issues. The only thing I can think of is that I removed the fuse to visually check before testing with a probe and forgot to put one back. Just glad I was able to save some money by doing the starter myself.
Now I'm trying to figure out the original problem with the AC. I took it to a local mechanic because Honda's diagnosis and quote don't seem correct.

A/C easy fix 2015 Fit

My A/C wasn’t working due to a bent wire that runs from the temperature knob to the mechanism inside. The temp knob would not turn all the way to cold because it’s wire was bent. The glove box comes out rather easily and there’s clear access to the temp controls. (Turn the knobs to see which one is which) I straightened the bent wire and now the knob and A/C works perfectly fine.
