Replacement passenger mirror with LaneWatch

I am looking to replace my entire right mirror assembly on my 2015 Fit EX 6MT. What's the difference between #8 and #14 in this parts diagram?

2015 Honda Fit 5 Door EX KA 6MT Mirror (Remote Control)

One is the right or passenger side door as marked by the "R" in the part description and the other is left or driver side with the "L". It's always a pain to read these parts reference guides when the pics are just basic outlines of some parts and almost everything is abbreviated.
