Almost 6 months ago I bought a 2020 Jazz (dealer demo model). The radio worked fine and using Android Auto worked fine. Until recently. I had the radio on and went to make a phone call using the buttons on the steering wheel and suddenly the radio started cycling through all the channels at a high volume instead of making the call. Now it does that ALL the time for my hubby's Android phone as soon as he turns on Android Auto and sometimes (at random) for my phone. We haven't been very successful trying to use the Bluetooth Connectivity option at all, either, so we need to use Android Auto. On a country drive yesterday, we were using Google Maps on the display with the volume turned all the way down so we wouldn't get distracted by all the various radio signals and missed a turn off from the freeway as a result. Please help!
