Delete Radio preset stations

Hi, just picked up a new ex manual in silver. Cars been great but the one thing I'm having issues figuring out is how to delete the preset radio stations. I only use about 7 of the 12 slots available. Any clues?

I don't think you can "delete" presets. There are a fixed number of presets, and they are all set to something.

I don't mean to delete the available presets. Just the stations. A lot of touch screens offer "x" amount of spots to save stations. The unused stations are thus bypassed when scrolling through the stations, as opposed to scrolling through the "your" preset stations and the useless stations.

Argh. That's a pain! I was hoping there was a sub menu or something.

Overwrite the extra slots with your favorite stations!

Which works great if you like 12 of your local stations. If you're like me and you only really care for like 4 of them, you have 8 presets left over.

Ditto. Might just add the same stations again.

There's no reason that you can't enter the same frequency in more than one preset.

Yep, and that's a fantastic solution which should have been obvious but never occurred to me.

My friend has recently acquired a honda fit, however the manual comes in Japanese and she needs to preset the radio stations to Kenyan ones. How do you preset the radio stations written in Japanese?

There is a way to remove stations from the presets, but old-age CRS gets me right now… I've done it and IIRC it involves the menu button at the point you would save the preset.
