2015 Fit/Full screen Wallpaper
This applies only to the 7 inch display - so EX and EX-L owners. The manual is a little lacking and states that max image resolution is 4096 x 4096. When I got my fit last week all the wallpaper images I imported had a 2 inch black border. After a little photoshopping using 840 x 500 for the image gave me a full screen for the wallpaper display. Hope this helps as there is no information online about this.

I have been playing around, and a lot of people have posted all kinds of information.
But the reality is
I have been simply cropping to
any 8:5 ratio
there is the smallest of black slivers on the side,
simple set the crop image tool
at 5:8
or 5 cm : 8cm at x resolution (I like 300)
and instant easy wallpaper.
some of my favourites so far

Maybe I am picky, or maybe I just see wallpapers differently.
On the computer I am picky,
but in the car, it better be perfect.
It needs to be dark enough, not to bother me driving,
high enough contrast, to be worth seeing.
There can nto be an "burn out" over white, or even worse white over white.
and ther can not be too much black or too many shades of black, as the gradients are not that good on this display.
Stuff like this
i-MID Wallpapers
is barely more than a sick joke, to have on the fit.
design, function, forum, and beauty.
All this while being viable, for both day and night driving.
After all that, it might get loaded, and within the week I will decide it is not as cool as I though.

with an appropriate crop, to set the blackness in the middle over the clock/date
