Question Cheap Disc Brake Conversion??

I need to preface by saying that I track the car and the specific event I'm joining has a 180 and a 360-degree turn and I want to add a dual caliper setup on the rear for the hydraulic handbrake. It's also hard to source some of the RS parts in Japan but mainly I want to try and find cheaper options ($1k more or less all parts disc conversion from the RS model)

I found out that the hub bearing assembly is identical to the drum and disc model (RS in Japan).

RS version | parts number: 42200-T5B-N51

However, the picture isn't the same as on the diagram but it matches the parts number.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Drum Brake Version | parts number: 42200-TY0-951
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The only difference I can see in the picture is where the speed sensor mounts and If all are the same, I think it might work almost plug-and-play without much modification.
----
Here are the parts I think needed in this conversion:
1. Caliper Bracket/Adapter | parts number: 43250-T5B-950 | 35$/ea Honda

2. Caliper | parts number (R,L): 43018-T5B-000, 43019-T5B-000 | 150$/ea Honda
3. Pads | parts number: 43022-SAA-J50 | 100$/set Honda
4. Rotor | parts number: 42510-T5B-950 | 50$/ea Honda
5. Splash Guard
| parts number (R,L): 43254-T5B-950, 43253-T5B-950 | 18$/ea Honda
6. Handbrake Cable | parts number (R,L): 47510-T5B-952, 47560-T5B-952 | 38$/ea Honda
-The hub which I mentioned above if works will save 250$/set.

Total around 680$ w/o the hub

Questions are:
1. If the hubs are identical?
2. What alternatives can I use instead of the 7CLP13S Caliper from the RS?
3. 7CLP13S Caliper Bolt distance? Are all 7CLP13S the same even from the Civic and Integras?

THanks!!

Camber plates

Just something to add you can likely go straight to a rear camber plate setup instead of buying the oem rear brackets. Cusco and spoon make them off the top of my head.

Rear Disc Conversion

@Kiju

How many adapter/brackets did you buy?
43250-T5B-950? Are they interchangeable for Left and Right rear disc conversion?

Are all the parts listed everything I need for the conversion? Did you encounter any additional parts needed like bolts or shims?

Thank you!
