Lowering spring comparison?

Sorry if it has been discussed, but I wanted to know any in depth comparison between the lowering springs available for the GK5. Characteristic differences and similarities between performance and comfort. Specifically between Eibach, Tien, Tanabe and RS-R. I appreciate any help.

i went with tanabe tdf185 df120 for the GK. (The ge springs will fit but these are updated specific for the new GK)

Tanabe has -1.5"f /-2"r drop on the GK and people still claim it is functional due to the 15% increase in spring rate. These springs were also claimed to operate well with stock shocks.

I'll let you know more when they get installed here in a day or two.

Tanabe springs are fantastic.

I'm 600 miles deep on these springs and they are great. It's definitely different but as long as you take bumps and uneven terrain wisely it's a great modification.

I have RS-R "Down" springs on mine - wanted a minimal drop due to our ill-maintained roads here in Illinois. I actually rub the fenders less now due to the higher spring rate.

Looks great. By how much do those springs lower the car because it seems to be very minimal?

so the rsr really level the car instead of lower it. That's nice.

Are you using the stock dampers with the RSR springs?
