new tires

just swapped out my 185 60/15s for a set of bf goodrich avantage t/a sports 195 55/15s , been wanting to do this for a while , they're great tires ,good in wet ,dry and snow .
took it for a long drive tonight .really nice , a very stable car is now even more so . a ton of grip , classes up the ride alot , they look cool too . at 3k rpm the speedometer is
is at or just above 60 , was expecting it to be a little more off than that , the tires are i think 5/16" smaller diameter , it feels a tad stronger through the gears , that's always welcome

What was the friction value for those tires? Impact to mileage (keep us posted)?

I have 16X7" wheels with 205/50/16 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 which I believe are 280TW rating? My 2017 6MT Fit still gets 42.2-42.9 mpg. If my milage is effected by the softer, wider tire, it's not enough for me to even care about.

Thanks -significant changes occur when there are large changes in the TW rating. I like having tire options that don't impact my commute costs.

the mileage is the thing i'm watching , thinking of a long day trip tomorrow , so far it looks like it may have gone down a mile per gallon , but
i've been on vacation running alot of back and forth errands , not my usual driving .the wider width does alot for the ride , and feels stronger from a stop ,
am enjoying it
