Time for New Wheels! Any Reccomendations?
Howdy y'all! Well, I ended up getting some pretty nasty scrapes on both of my left-hand side wheels, all it took was a patch of black ice and a highway median to cause it. Fortunately the suspension didn't suffer any damage, but my wheels took a beating. I've been looking at getting some new wheels for a while, and I suppose that now's a better time than ever to do it.
In terms of pricing, I'm looking at getting a set of wheels in the $600-$700 range, preferably those that are 16" in diameter. I am on a strict budget, but I'm sure there's a ton of great options in that price range. For reference, I have a white 2016 Honda Fit EX, and my top two color choices for new wheels are matte black and bronze. I'm not looking for anything too crazy and performance oriented, just a good set of stylish wheels that won't bust my wallet. Any recommendations?

At that price range best bet is probably a big chain tire store or searching local ads on craigslist. Even new 16" Enkei RPF1s are like $240 per wheel. I found some used Rotas off of craigslist that have been great.

At your price point there isn't allot of options for new quality wheels. Try Tire Rack. I've owed Sparco wheels before and they seemed OK for the money. There's the Sparco TROFEO 4 in a 16X6.5" for like $145 each. Sparco are designed by OZ, but made in some popular offshore country where labor is cheap, instead of Italy like the OZ. I have a set of the Tire Rack house brand (TR Motorsports) C1 that I bought used that were like brand new. Many autocross or race on them because they're inexpensive and light weight. Those are $167 each for the 16X7"
If you are willing to accept 15" get a set of Rota Slips. They are virtually indistinguishable from the Regamaster Evo's they copied other than weight. Real Regamasters are like 9# for the 15" wheels and the Rota of the same size are like 12.5# The 16" Rota slips are easily identified as reps from the original.
Personally, I'd by a set of the Tire Rack TR Motorsports C1 if you want new. Either that or look what's available used in your area. Keep in mind many used wheels are dented or have other issues if you don't know what to look for.
