Valve Cover, Inake Manifold, Throttle Body, EGR valve, etc Torque Specs
I am looking for the torque specs as I plan on checking and adjusting my valve clearances and cleaning other parts this weekend and I was hoping for some to help me out if someone had the Torque specs information for the following:
1. Valve cover bolts
2. Intake manifold including EGR passage cover bolts
3. EGR valve bolts
4. Throttle body bolts

1. 2008 and earlier=106 in-lbs. 2009 and later=84 in-lbs.
2. Intake upper and lower bolts and nuts 17 ft-lbs.
(Support bracket 108 in-lbs.)
3. EGR mounting bolts on 2007/2008 models =17 ft-lbs. 2009 and later 16 ft-lbs.
EGR pipe fasteners 2009 and later = 16 ft-lbs. (Don't know if that is the same as the "passage cover bolts".)
4. Throttle body mounting "fasteners" = 17 ft-lbs.

Note: Below is the terminology used in my Chilton. Don't know if it is actually what you're asking.
1. 2008 and earlier=106 in-lbs. 2009 and later=84 in-lbs.
2. Intake upper and lower bolts and nuts 17 ft-lbs.
(Support bracket 108 in-lbs.)
3. EGR mounting bolts on 2007/2008 models =17 ft-lbs. 2009 and later 16 ft-lbs.
