Fastbrakes 2015-2020 Rear Disc Conversion Kit

So a few months back, I was looking to see if there were any inexpensive rear disc conversions for the GK5 (yes I know it's not the most useful because most of the weight is at the front, I'm just putting this out for those who wish to do the conversion), and as most of you know there's this stupidly expensive one...

... which cost $1000.

One user found this company called Unique-Power Int'l, which apparently makes a DIY kit but doesn't have any prices listed on the website. They do, however, have an install vid right
.

But I was kinda skeptical, so I went on Fastbrakes' website this morning, even though I checked a few months back, and they only had kits for the GD and GE Fits. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have FINALLY released a kit for the GK5!

And I know most of you are thinking that it's not that big of a difference in price. And you'd be right, but $215 saved is still $215 saved.

But wait... there's more!!!

Fastbrakes also released a partial rear disc conversion kit, includes everything except the calipers and pads, and is only $375.

I know that this isn't something that most people are interested in doing, but I just wanted to put it out there for those who do. If any of yall end up doing the conversion with the Fastbrakes kit, post some pics below and lemme know how your experience is with it!

that partial kit sounds cool

if one already has ......say .... wilwood calipers up front. that kit could be the ticket to completing the look (for those who care) and can obtain wilwoods for the rears.
