Bad Electronic Control module?

My daughter has a 2013 Honda Fit with 98,000 miles. She called me and said her car was running rough, the check engine light was blinking traction control light was on. I hooked the car up to a scanner and had a misfire reading on the 3rd cylinder. I decided to replace everything with OEM parts since she plans on keeping the car for a while.
I replaced spark plugs, coil packs, fuel injectors cleaned EGR valve and adjusted valve clearances.
Put the car back together and still have the same issues. Am I looking at a electronic control module at this point. What are my options for replacing one without spending a fortune and can they be rebuilt?
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks

Having a computer fail would be extremely unlikely. Not impossible but I strongly doubt it. You'd be more likely for a valve seat being dirty and not 100% sealing and dealing with blow-by. Relative compression testing your cylinders would narrow down your path, could go from a mechanical to electrical question then.

An update

Well I decided to check new injectors with a meter just to be on the safe side, all checked out fine. Next I checked the plugs on the injectors for each cylinder.
cyl1 12.5 and the second pin reading 4.9
cyl2 12.5 and the second pin reading 4.9
cyl3 12.5 and the second pin reading .100
cyl4 12.5 and the second pin reading 4.9
iI was happy that they all checked out at 12.5 but I’m not sure what the second reading on each plug means. I though it would read zero but there is a difference in the reading on the 3rd cylinder second pin.
Since the injector plug looks fine am I now just trying to track down a broke wire to PCM?
Thank you in advance for your help and any suggestions you may have.

Another update

The readings in my last update were taken with the cars ignition in the on position. The meters black lead placed to ground and used the red lead to check the injector plug pins.
The readings below I had the car in the on position and used both the meters leads to read injector plug values. The readings are below.
cyl1 7.5
cyl2 7.5
cyl3 12.3
cyl4 7.5

Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated

okay so one injector is reading more current or.. is that resistance? little spacey at the moment but curious what's going on here. did'ja take a picture of the old plugs by chance? If we're talking resistance and there could be blow-by for the plugs, maybe said new coil could have gotten gooped up in a hurry? I'm also wondering if something awful happened. if the head cracked where that one goofball plug threads. little hairline type of deal.

If i'm on the wrong page here entirely, my apologies. These plugs can come loose. it's a big dill

Final update

Well, I got as far as I could with all the parts replaced and electrical test done. The third cyl plug seemed fine so I ended up tapping out and took it to a shop nearby. This mechanic only works on Honda’s and is really good. He traced the third cyl wire from the plug to the computer and it was fine so problem was the PCM. I did a lot of work on the car and replaced parts that weren't broken but with 98,000 miles on the car I don’t think it was a waste of time.
It’s my daughters car and I can rest a little easier knowing the car is in pretty good shape for her now.
I want to thank everyone that responded with suggestions. I would not of gotten as far as I did without this sites advise.
thank you,
JT
