Everything seems to function, but I only gave it a quick once over..... Keep in mind this is used so mileage may vary, and is being sold as-is for parts only.
I purchased this for the 3 black control knobs sleeves, and swapped on my silver 2009 ones. Aside from the silver 09 sleeves, everything else is 2012-13.
There are 3 scratches i tried to capture in the pics.
-The most most obvious scratch is on the silver sleeve on the large zone selector knob.
-Second, is on the very right side of the unit, by the defrost button, which is a very, very shallow vertical scratch.
-Lastly, the top curved edge above the zone selector knob, has a scratch, which is completely hidden by the radio when installed.
It is also missing 2 orange clips on the bottom, that can be transferred from your unit (if u have one). Overall in great physical condition.
