Hi,

I just recently purchased a 2004 Honda Fit in Japan that is AWD. It shudders when I accelerate from a stop and goes away after 20km. I heard it could be due to the CVT fluid but I can’t figure out if my car is even CVT. There is no owner’s manual. No sticker on trans fluid dip stick. Nothing in writing that says anything about the car except that it is all wheel drive. Can anyone help? My local Honda dealer has been closed for a while due to the holidays and I’m driving not to drive to much in order to save the transmission. Thanks in advanced.
