I have a 2013 Honda fit with 160,000 miles on it. Hasn't had many problems. But it started making a noise this week that sounds like a galloping horse. It not super loud and it does get faster as the RPMs go up.

The attached sound clip was recorded in the Front passenger side under the glove box

Any ideas of what it could be?

I just heard this exact noise coming from my Fit. For anyone who hears a similar noise, look at your AC compressor and your drive belt tensioner. I took my car to a long-time Honda technician and he diagnosed the problem as such. I’ll be back in this thread when I see if that fixed the issue.
